Helping Hands Personal Care Home is licensed by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides supportive living in a home environment. Helping Hands provides medications assistance, memory care, daily activities and all levels of personal care assistance. Grenfell Level IV Care Home (formerly known as Grenfell & District Pioneer Home)

The Grenfell & District Pioneer Home was closed by the Health Region in August 2018. Commitment has been made by the Province to construct a new Level IV care facility, with construction slated for early-to-mid 2021.
